Teaching and Learning Lead

This role is ideal for experienced educators who are passionate about creating engaging learning environments for young children. As a Teaching and Learning Lead, you will be responsible for leading and implementing high-quality educational programs that promote the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead effective classroom practices that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for children, families, and staff members.
  • Implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to ensure delivery of high-quality education programs.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and children to achieve educational goals.
  • Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and relevant policies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and NQS.
