Job Role:

Motel cleaners play a pivotal part in maintaining cleanliness and comfort for our guests. As a casual cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring all rooms are clean and well-maintained.

  • **Cleaning Tasks**: Making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and vacuuming rooms to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
  • **Maintaining Amenities**: Emptying ash trays, cleaning porches, and folding towels to create a welcoming environment.

To excel in this role, you should possess physical fitness, reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail. You should also be motivated and willing to follow instructions. Some experience in cleaning is beneficial but not necessary as long as you are prepared to learn and adapt.

The successful candidate will work every second weekend but can alternate. The expected hours per week are approximately 8-20 hours.

A bonus is offered on a monthly basis for exceptional performance and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform deep cleaning tasks in guest rooms including dusting, polishing, and disinfecting surfaces.
  2. Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
  3. Restock linens and amenities as needed.
  4. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of public areas.
