The role of an mRNA Manufacturing Specialist involves contributing to a pioneering team that is revolutionizing medicine through the development and production of mRNA vaccines.

This position requires working in a GMP manufacturing environment, adhering to strict safety procedures and guidelines, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include mastering safe work habits, accurately following gowning procedures, engaging in root cause analysis, and collaborating closely with quality assurance teams.

Required skills and qualifications include 3-5+ years of experience in GMP manufacturing, a college degree in pharmaceutical production technology or equivalent, aseptic experience, visual inspection knowledge, and ability to collaborate fluidly with peers and leadership.

  • Typically 3-5+ years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment
  • A College degree with a specialization in Pharmaceutical production technology or equivalent
  • Aseptic experience, Visual Inspection and PFS knowledge
  • Experience in audit / inspection preparation, understanding Health authority and regulatory guidelines
  • Ability to collaborate fluidly with peers, leadership and cross-functional support groups required
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and organizational skills required.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail while executing multiple tasks with minimal supervision
