- Respond to telephone calls and faxed referrals, including bookings, cancellations, re-appointments and other enquiries.

- Monitor workflow, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

**Requirements:**

- Ability to respond to diverse people in a courteous, helpful manner under various conditions.

- Effective telephone and communication skills.
