Seasonal Retail Assistant Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Seasonal Retail Assistant. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including displaying merchandise and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive team atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Passion for fashion and retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent resident status.
