Customer Experience Lead

We are redefining the ways in which we engage with our customers and deliver our groundbreaking services, creating a new role: Customer Experience & Engagement Lead for our Homes & Lifestyle service. This role focuses on creating an environment where customer choice is paramount.

This role requires a mindset shift as much as skillset, philosophy as much as action and values as much as technical requirements. If you consider yourself responsible and accountable, able to keep focus on what matters most, then this may be a great fit.

About You:

  • Have a qualification in disability services, community services, aged care or comparable experience
  • Have hands-on experience in effectively engaging with people with complex needs
  • Be confident and able to make independent decisions while on the job, escalating when necessary to safeguard a customer's wellbeing
  • Purpose-driven, seeking to make a positive impact on customers' lives
  • Reliable, with good availability - day, afternoon, evening, night and weekend shifts available
  • Hold a valid NSW Drivers C class licence, required for driving customers to and from appointments, outings and other reasons
