About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our clients regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments to identify client needs and develop effective rehabilitation plans.
  • Design and implement intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
  • Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals by understanding various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes.
Requirements
  • Australian recognised degree qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA accreditation.
  • Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
  • Commitment to a high level of customer service to clients and customers.
  • Willingness to work in the community and have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Current or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
