CRM Platform Architect

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Salesforce developer to take their career to the next level. As our CRM Platform Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing projects, enhancing and developing reports, and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with our business needs. You will work closely with our Marketing Manager and other stakeholders to develop and optimize our CRM strategies.

• Define and implement Salesforce platform architecture, standards, and best practices to support strategic business objectives.
• Lead the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and OmniStudio.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager and other stakeholders to develop and optimize CRM strategies, with a focus on Salesforce integration and automation.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers and other team members.
• Implement and manage Account Engagement (Pardot) tools to streamline marketing automation, creating HTML optimized Emails and enhance campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze CRM data, using reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with business needs.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow for automated business processes.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including version control systems and continuous integration.
• Handson experience with CRM integration, particularly between Salesforce and SAP systems.
• Experience in optimizing Salesforce applications for improved business efficiency.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading cross functional teams.
• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Must have fulltime working rights in Australia.

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
