Job Opportunity: Support and Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support and Care Worker.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys making a positive difference in the lives of others and is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support services to clients in their own homes.

  • About the Role:
  • As a Support and Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support services to clients, assisting them with daily tasks, personal care, and household chores.
  • You will work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that each client receives tailored care and support that meets their unique needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general housekeeping and personal care services to clients
  • Assisting with meal preparation and grocery shopping
  • Offering social support and transport to lifestyle activities
  • Helping family carers to have a break or an opportunity to do other things

Requirements:

  • Australian Driver's Licence and own insured, roadworthy vehicle
  • Experience in a similar professional role, preferably in aged care
