Event Sales and Operations Manager
The Pan Pacific Hotels Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Sales and Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and events team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional event experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly events budget targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage event operations, including creating and distributing event orders, and ensuring timely communication of upcoming events and changes to all hotel departments.
- Collaborate with the sales and events team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of recent experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong attention to detail and expertise in managing and executing events.
- Excellent customer relations skills and leadership capability.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Sales & Catering systems.
