Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient preparation and dispatch of finished product for loading, and also the distribution of incoming goods.

This is a full-time role that requires a dynamic self-starter who is passionate about supporting a collaborative working environment. You will work on a rotating roster (including weekends) between the hours of 6am and 6pm at our Pittsworth location.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Operation of Forklift or Tug Trucks to assist with the loading and unloading of goods, pallets and stock;
  2. Delivery of finished product, packaging or other materials to the required destination;
  3. General warehouse duties including palletising;
  4. Providing assistance to production staff where required;

Requirements for this role include:

  • A valid Forklift License is essential;
  • Basic computer skills;
  • A 'Can Do' attitude by working cooperatively and efficiently to meet daily production targets;
  • Ability to thrive in a busy work environment;
  • Attention to detail and accountability for work completed;
  • Sound literacy and numeracy skills;

  • Ability to work safely and without incident;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Successful applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment medical and hold a current police clearance.
