Assistant Store Manager Role Overview

As a pivotal member of our retail team, the Assistant Store Manager will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to achieve overall success. The successful candidate will co-lead the team, orchestrating a cohesive and harmonious store environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Assistant/Store Manager or Full-time worker and a passion for the retail industry. They must be able to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters in the absence of the Store Manager.

Key responsibilities include driving a customer-centric culture and delivering meaningful store experiences through leading by example. This includes conducting team development, aligning with business objectives to achieve sales, profit, and productivity goals.

Additional responsibilities include showcasing expertise in Visual Merchandising, overseeing store rostering and wage expenses, managing stock levels, tracking store sales performance, and collaborating with the Store Manager and Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit dedicated retail professionals.
