Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Water Truck Operator to join our operations team at a mine in Queensland, Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring effective plant operation, maintaining a safe work environment, and upholding our strong safety culture.

About the Role

This role involves operating water trucks to reduce cycle times and prevent unnecessary maintenance. Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining a safe work environment and promoting a positive safety culture
  • Ensuring compliance with site Safety & Health Management System policies and procedures
  • Performing daily machine inspections and refueling tasks

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 12 months of continuous experience operating water trucks
  • A valid HR drivers' license and Queensland Coal Board Medical
  • RIIMPO206D - Conduct bulk water truck operations and RIIVEH201D - Operate light vehicle certifications
