Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our commercial team at O'Brien Glass Industries Limited.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing business partners to identify new business opportunities and expand our market share.
- Identify and pursue new business leads, developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, informing business development decisions.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs, with experience in using CRM software a plus.
