The Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa North Rocks. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and mobility assistance
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practice guidelines
- Provide education and support to residents, families, and carers on health and wellness topics

Requirements
