Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Coffee Specialist to lead our cafe team. As a key member of the crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and crafting high-quality beverages.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized store, including café areas, kitchen inventory, and equipment.
- Take and accurately log customer orders, ensuring all preferences and special requests are noted.
- Prepare a variety of beverages, including hot and cold coffee drinks.
- Operate the drive-through system efficiently, ensuring prompt and courteous service to all customers.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Monitor and manage kitchen supplies and stock, promptly alerting management if supplies are running low.
- Keep store equipment in optimal working condition by following operating and organizational instructions.
Requirements
- Experience in café or hospitality work.
- Strong experience as a barista, beverage making, and coffee machine use.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
