**Job Summary**

The Future Student Advisor provides exceptional customer service to future students in a multi-channel service environment with limited hand-off to ensure optimal customer experience.

Working under general direction, they will provide a consistently high level of response to domestic and international prospects seeking information on programs or services (e.g. accommodation) at The University of Adelaide.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing accurate and timely responses to student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Fostering relationships with subject matter experts in faculties and other University teams to re-direct specialist enquiries where appropriate.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of University programs, services, and policies to effectively address student queries.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering customer-centric service.
  • Able to work effectively across multiple service channels to meet demand and the student lifecycle.
  • Experience in high pressure, high demand environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent writing skills.
