Enrolled Nurse Career Opportunity

The Graduate Enrolled Nurse Program is a 12-month opportunity to consolidate nursing knowledge and skills in a supportive clinical environment.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated Enrolled Nurse to join our graduate nursing program, where graduates will start in residential aged care to gain practical experience.
The program includes three phases: initial training, on-the-job learning, and ongoing professional development.
Graduates will be supported throughout the program by experienced nursing staff and mentors.
Upon completion of the program, graduates will be well-prepared for a fulfilling nursing career with opportunities for advancement.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Scope of practice includes medication administration via four or five routes, depending on the department
- Recent clinical experience in an acute setting
- Basic knowledge of patient management and information systems
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Strong interpersonal skills and team commitment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills and patient management systems
