Job Description:

We are seeking experienced analysts to join our team in Sydney. As an analyst, you will be responsible for assessing market participants, conducting supervision activities, and delivering regulatory outcomes that promote compliance with the law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, assess and implement regulatory strategies and interventions to support compliance and address misconduct or market integrity risks.
  • Assess the suitability and ongoing appropriateness of financial products admitted to public markets and make evidence-based recommendations.
  • Conduct research and analysis on market developments and emerging issues to inform regulatory priorities, law reform, and guidance.
Requirements:

You will hold tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, economics or law, and bring experience working as an analyst in a regulatory, corporate, consulting or academic setting.
