About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled Component Fitter to join our repair centre in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for rebuilding heavy mobile earth moving equipment, predominantly CAT components. Your role will involve rebuilding engines, transmissions, torque converters, wheel ends, and differentials, as well as diagnosing, analysing, and repairing components. You will also have the opportunity to mentor our trainees and apprentices, creating a safe learning environment and helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced trade qualified individual who is quality-focused and has a proven commitment to safety. You should have experience working on CAT Power-train components and be knowledgeable with CAT SIS systems and parts listings. You should also be able to foster a teamwork atmosphere within your work group and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In return, we offer a competitive remuneration package, including a permanent position on a 4/3 roster, annual bonus scheme, and generous share match scheme. We also offer an Employee Assistance Program for all employees and their immediate family.
