Sanitation Assistant Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing cleaning tasks in a multi-unit residential setting. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing daily cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
  • Removing trash and recyclables from designated areas.
  • Operating a blower vac and other cleaning equipment as required.
  • Assisting residents with tasks such as glass cleaning and lift maintenance.
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • Physical fitness sufficient to perform the demands of the role.
  • Tall enough to access top floor door locks.
  • Able to work a rotating shift schedule, including mornings and afternoons.
  • Ability to follow a set checklist and complete tasks efficiently.
