Position Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Asset Manager to become part of a progressive team in Brisbane. In this pivotal position, you will be tasked with managing and enhancing property assets to ensure they adhere to exceptional standards of maintenance, compliance, and operational performance.

Core Responsibilities:
  1. Data Oversight and Reporting: Supervise the gathering and evaluation of property data, including asset condition, lifecycle management, and procurement activities. Generate comprehensive reports and forecasts to aid in decision-making and budgetary planning.
  2. Procurement and Contract Oversight: Guarantee effective procurement results, manage service provider contracts, and oversee the application of quality standards and technical specifications. Assess and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal value.
  3. Maintenance Planning and Management: Create and manage maintenance schedules for asset refurbishment and upgrades, ensuring adherence to legislative mandates and industry best practices. Track project advancement and manage any variations.
  4. Property Condition Evaluations: Conduct and oversee property condition evaluations and inspections, ensuring all findings are documented and addressed. Collaborate with contractors to execute necessary repairs and enhancements.
  5. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Establish and maintain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, technical consultants, and government entities. Facilitate the execution of strategic asset management plans and policies.
Candidate Profile:
  1. Experience: Extensive background in asset management, with a solid foundation in managing maintenance programs, procurement, and contractor relationships.
  2. Knowledge: Profound understanding of asset management principles, building compliance, and safety standards, including fire systems and workplace health and safety regulations.
  3. Skills: Outstanding analytical abilities with a meticulous attention to detail. Proven capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver results within established timelines and budgets.
  4. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
