Job SummaryWe are seeking a Security Relief Officer to work within multiple sites across Sydney CBD. The successful candidate will provide security presence at the site and deliver excellent customer service to staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular foot patrols of site premises, both indoors and outdoors
- Ensure property is locked and unlocked as required
- Direct and assist visitors and the public in navigating around the site areas
- Write reports in response to incidents
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders
- Manage visitor sign-in, induction, and key passes
- Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate
- Current NSW Security licence
- Australian Citizenship (due to clearance requirements)
- Dedication, reliability, and a commitment to security
- Physical fitness and ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with approachability
- High-level computer literacy skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment
- Attractive hourly rates with shift penalties and allowances
- Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, stable roster
