Asset Inspection Auditor: Shape the Energy Future

We are seeking a skilled Asset Inspection Auditor to join our team at AusNet Services. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our mission of delivering reliable and efficient energy solutions.
Estimated Salary: AU$95,000 - AU$115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the RoleThe Asset Inspection Auditor will be responsible for completing scheduled audits on the Asset Inspection team and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough audits of work completed by Asset Inspectors
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to inspectors when non-conformances are identified
- Complete audit reports and ensure timely submission
- Mentor trainees and support their professional development
- Deliver internal training as required and promote a culture of continuous improvement
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Certificate II in Asset Inspection or equivalent qualification
- Experience as an Asset Inspector or similar role
- Strong understanding of work health and safety standards and cyber security principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
