Key Responsibilities:

  • Accommodate High-Value Guests:
  • Coordinate VIP player reservations and arrivals at a premium resort.

Other Key Tasks:

  • Host Events:
  • Prepare, coordinate, host, and administer all complimentary events, maintaining a working knowledge of the property to advise guests and team members.

Reporting Requirements:

  • Conduct daily reporting of host duties to the Player Development Director and Executive Director of Marketing.

Additional Tasks:

  • Maintain Diamond level tier players and inform supervisors of guest needs requiring special accommodations.
