HC Driver

About the Role

Team Global Express is seeking a HC Driver to join their team in Mackay. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods.

• Full-time permanent role with a Monday to Friday schedule
• Overtime may be offered on a needs basis
• Complete deliveries and pickups promptly and according to time frames
• Maintain a safety-first approach and demonstrate WHS practices and procedures consistently
• Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss, and incident reporting processes
• Restraining loads safely and using straps and chains as required
• Keep trucks in a clean and maintainable condition, as well as the yard and personal work area tidy
• Complete vehicle pre-start checks independently

Please note that there is no set allocation of trucks in this position.

What You'll Bring

• A current and valid HC license or higher
• Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously
• Excellent punctuality and ability to complete deliveries in a timely manner
• Full rights to work in Australia
• High attention to safety
