The Role:
As Office/Practice Manager at our specialist health clinic, you will lead a team of two and support a wider team of up to 30 doctors and nurses. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and executing operational protocols and frameworks within the clinic to ensure efficient processes and time management.
  • Providing reception relief when required to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Cultivating a unified team environment through effective leadership, enhancing employee and client retention through proactive communication efforts.
  • Accurate health fund invoicing, a critical aspect of our financial operations.
  • Implementing learning strategies to enhance team-building abilities and improve overall performance.
  • Coordinating employee schedules, ensuring the right staff are in the right place at the right time.
  • Acquiring essential supplies and equipment to maintain a high standard of service.

The Candidate:
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in the medical space. Your qualifications should include:

  • Experience in hospital, doctor's office, or medical center settings.
  • Availability to work 5 days on site.
  • Experience with medical billing, a critical aspect of our operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • People management experience, with a proven track record of leadership and team-building.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to develop and implement procedures.
