Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at our brand-new clinic in Croydon South. This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinician who wants to develop their skills as a clinical lead and build a team around their interests and specialties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work independently with clients across NDIS and non-NDIS populations, conducting evidence-based assessment and therapeutic intervention.
  • Clinicians will be required to work with individuals of all ages, including assessment, therapeutic interventions, and visiting people within the community.
Benefits

This role offers a well-above-average salary of $120K (based on experience) + Super + Travel Allowance + Bonus for KPIs. We also provide regular and frequent mentoring and supervision to support your career growth.

Requirements
  • Relevant qualification or upcoming qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Meet eligibility criteria for being a member of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
  • Driver's licence and car.
  • Working With Children Check.
Working Arrangements

The successful applicant will have the flexibility to work from home for part of the week and enjoy a manageable caseload directed by them. You'll also have access to regular paid professional development days and a PD budget for ongoing learning.
