Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure seamless installation of mastic/sealant on substrates including concrete, precast panels, windows, bathrooms, and facades
- Conduct thorough surface preparation including cleaning, priming, and detailing
- Interpret job plans and specifications accurately
- Maintain impeccable workmanship and site cleanliness standards
- Foster effective communication with site managers and team members

Requirements:

- Possess a White Card (Construction Induction)
- Hold a valid driver's license and own reliable transportation
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
- Display strong attention to detail and pride in work quality
