Lighting Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Lighting Designer to join our team. This is a permanent full-time role that offers a fun and creative work environment, profit share incentives, and opportunities for career development.

This role involves keeping up-to-date with the latest technology and trends in design, reading and interpreting house and electrical plans, building the design business by proactively seeking project opportunities, recommending products and placement solutions, and supporting the store sales team.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • a minimum of 2 years' experience in design or a related field;
  • previous experience in sourcing new business and generating leads;
  • strong communication skills and the ability to genuinely connect with clients;
  • an energetic and enthusiastic approach to your job;
  • the ability to multitask and prioritize your work effectively;
  • a strong attention to detail.
