Job Description

Festive Season Retail Specialists will support our store teams across Bondi Junction & Bondi Beach stores during the busiest time of year. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming customers into our spaces and engaging them through intentional interactions.
  • Demonstrating products that meet customer needs, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ensuring our store teams are supported to meet customer demands, processing sales and maintaining stock levels.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • No prior retail experience is necessary, but some experience in a customer-facing role or environment is preferred.
  • An interest in learning product knowledge.
  • Flexible availability from October to February, including late-night and weekend trading hours.
