**Job Summary:**

Synaco Global Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recycling Sorter at our client's Recycling station in Australia.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Sort recyclables from a fast-moving conveyor line in a noisy and dusty environment
  • Clean working areas and outside spaces
  • Audit waste as required by local council representatives and clients, and provide accurate reporting on time to a high standard
  • Perform maintenance and/or safety checks on equipment as needed
  • Review existing procedures regularly to ensure continuous improvement and safety
  • Complete all records and paperwork accurately as directed

**Ideal Candidate:**

  • Strong work ethic and understanding of the importance of punctuality
  • Ability to complete repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy
  • Commitment to safety and well-being in the workplace
  • Flexibility to work 6 days a week, including weekends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
