About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Living Support Manager at St Vincent's Care Services Kew.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

As a Living Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Living Support Team and ensuring that our residents receive high-quality, resident-centred care.

You will work closely with the Care Managers and other members of the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.

This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Endorsed Nurse with experience in a senior role in an aged care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Living Support Team to deliver high-quality, resident-centred care
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident
  • Work closely with the Care Managers and other members of the Senior Leadership Team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote resident-centred care

Requirements:

  • Registration with a professional body and a qualification in Nursing
  • Previous leadership experience in an aged care environment
  • Ability to work on a full-time basis
  • Advanced communications skills and strong time management skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to meet competing and challenging priorities
  • Demonstrated abilities in change management processes
  • Understanding of coaching, training, and developing teams and team culture

Compliance Requirements:

  • Candidates will be required to evidence that they have been fully vaccinated (2 doses) for COVID-19
  • Candidates will be required to evidence that they have received the current seasonal influenza vaccination
