">We are seeking an experienced Educator to join our team at Goodstart Glenelg. The successful candidate will work as part of a collaborative team to provide exceptional learning programs for our children, ensuring their safety, inclusivity, and well-being.
">About the Role
">This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly diverse team of educators who have been with the centre for over 5 years. You will have the chance to develop your skills and experience in a supportive environment, working alongside Senior Educators and the Educational Leader.
">Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement engaging learning programs for children aged 0-5 years;">
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a nurturing and inclusive environment;">
- Contribute to the development of a high-quality practice, aligning with the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework;">
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge;">
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all children and staff.">

">Salary: $28.62-$32.23 per hour (dependent on qualification and experience)

Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">Qualifications: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
