About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate baker to join our team at Woolworths. As a Qualified Baker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes to meet customer demand
• Ensure all products are of high quality and presented attractively
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Australian Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia
• Proven experience in a bakery or related industry
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
