About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our Vans team in Canberra. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our store, delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on our premium footwear products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers in-store
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Process and manage large volumes of stock, including picking and packing click and dispatch orders
  • Assist in maintaining the in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
  • Maintain a positive and can-do attitude at all times to drive sales and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Full availability from October to Mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
