About the Role

The Team Leader will oversee a group of Caseworkers and Support Workers, guiding them to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support to our clients. You will work closely with clinical staff to develop individualized plans that address the unique needs of each child or young person.

Our therapeutic homes provide a safe environment where children and young people can thrive. As a leader, you will play a crucial role in fostering this growth and making a real difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing strong leadership and guidance to the team
  • Developing and implementing individualized plans for our clients
  • Collaborating with clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
  • Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment within the home
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent
  • Proven effective interpersonal, conflict negotiation, and resolution skills
  • Ability to provide strong leadership under pressure
  • A current Working with Children Check/Working with Vulnerable People card, First Aid Certificate, and Drivers Licence
