About the Role:

Our client, a renowned Australian poultry product provider, is seeking an experienced cleaner to join their team at their Gawler hatchery. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual to work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to cleanliness and safety, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They must be willing to travel to Gawler and possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

To succeed in this position, applicants should have:

  • A 4-day working roster, subject to seasonal requirements
  • Full working rights, with no restrictions on hours
  • A reliable car and driver's license for traveling to the Gawler location
  • The ability to work comfortably with live and dead birds
  • The capacity to perform repetitive cleaning tasks for 8-hour shifts

Prior commercial or industry cleaning experience is highly regarded. However, candidates who do not have regular contact with birds or pigs due to quarantine restrictions are preferred.

This role may involve varying start times and occasional weekend shifts. The successful applicant must be reliable and able to commence work immediately.
