Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Cyber Security Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and be able to effectively implement and maintain advanced security controls.

The Senior Cyber Security Analyst will be responsible for conducting comprehensive security assessments, managing and responding to complex security incidents, and providing expert technical guidance to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and enhance monitoring of security alerts and events using advanced security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
  • Perform and supervise comprehensive analysis of security logs, network traffic, and data to detect and respond to advanced threats.
  • Lead and manage investigations into complex and high-impact security incidents, conducting thorough root cause analysis and impact assessments.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for cyber security analysts, providing guidance and support.
Requirements

The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:

  • Relevant cyber security and/or IT experience.
  • Experience in metric reporting and KPI/SLA management.
  • Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, SIEM, DLP, and endpoint protection.
  • Knowledge and understanding of offensive security (OSCP certified).
  • Experience delivering and guiding a high-performance team with BAU initiatives.
  • Practical understanding of the application of various security tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a track record of establishing and maintaining effective relationships and collaborating with stakeholders.
