We are looking for a team leader who can effectively manage our horticulture staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the leadership of a team of maintenance personnel, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Adhere to schedules and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilizing.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
  • Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.
About You:
  • Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens or minimum 5 years experience
  • Industry leadership experience
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
  • White Card
  • Valid Drivers' license
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
