Senior Geologist

A high-achieving exploration leader with a strong track record in base and precious metals exploration is sought to join a prestigious company based in the New England region of NSW. This permanent role offers an exceptional opportunity for a geologist to lead the exploration team and drive discovery across a highly promising suite of base & precious metals projects.

The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in geology, combined with demonstrated leadership ability at the Exploration Manager level. A successful background in planning and executing field programs (geophysics, geochemistry, mapping, and drilling) is essential, as is experience in QAQC, interpretation, reporting and compliance.

• Develop and implement comprehensive exploration strategies to identify and exploit new mineral opportunities
• Lead a high-performing exploration team, providing coaching and development support to ensure individual and collective success
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic business objectives
