Job Title: AI Video Generation Research Scientist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to lead our team in developing cutting-edge video generation capabilities using Artificial Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow a team of research scientists focused on AI video generation initiatives
  • Develop strategic research direction aligned with business objectives, particularly in AI-driven video creation
  • Guide the development of models utilizing diffusion transformers, GANs, and autoregressive architectures for video synthesis
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to integrate research outcomes into our platform
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership experience in leading research teams in AI video and/or audio generation or related areas
  • Deep expertise in machine learning techniques pertinent to video synthesis, such as diffusion models and GANs
  • A strong track record of translating research into scalable, user-facing products
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
