Job Description:

The Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Multilingual Sales Administrator to join our team in Sydney.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to two sales representatives, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports, presentations, and proposals, highlighting key performance indicators and market trends.
  • Coordinate communication between the sales team and clients, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to create detailed reports, track orders, and analyze customer data.
  • Process sales orders, collate required documentation, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Resolve customer service issues promptly, providing exceptional support to internal departments and external clients.
  • Facilitate smooth transactions by communicating effectively with staff in China, both in English and Chinese.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY WHOLESALE CLIENTS.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, organizing digital and physical filing systems for efficient information retrieval.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communication via email and phone call, ensuring prompt response times and resolutions.

The Candidate:

  • Fluent Chinese and English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential for this role.
  • Advanced Excel skills are mandatory, as you will be creating complex reports and tracking orders.
  • Availability to work 5 days onsite is required.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success.
