Sustainable Development Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team dedicated to sustainable development and environmental excellence.

  • As the Sustainable Development Leader, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our community through innovative urban planning and design.

This includes setting strategic goals and monitoring team performance to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous service improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental planning and development assessment, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • You will assess various development proposals, evaluating their potential impact on the natural, built, and social environments.
  • Additionally, you will provide best-practice advice and support for different development types.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to enhance the natural beauty of our coastline and bushland reserves while ensuring that all development initiatives align with our values of sustainability and community well-being.
