Richmond, Australia REA Group Full time

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our Customer 360 Tribe at REA Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring and customising Salesforce Sales and Service applications, as well as utilising your expertise in CPQ domain to lead solution designs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with the Salesforce platform in medium-large environments with multiple integrations, and possess specialist skills in CPQ. Additionally, they will have practical knowledge of agile software delivery methodologies and be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will work closely with Senior Functional Consultants to ensure solutions are fit for purpose, and utilise Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities as a preference over custom code solutions. You will also participate in sessions with internal customers and other team members to understand business requirements and business processes analysis.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including data migration strategies and mapping, configuration of Salesforce and related third-party applications, and supporting discovery activities by collaborating with PMs, BAs, and Tech Leads.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to run workshops, and be able to work productively in a fast-paced and agile environment. They will also have advanced skills in designing and implementing solutions that scale and perform for millions of users.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a hybrid and flexible approach to working, flexible parental leave offering, and programs to support mental, emotional, financial, and physical health and wellbeing.

We believe that diverse teams are critical to maintaining our success and driving new business opportunities. If you're passionate about technology and customer-centric solutions, and have a desire to make a real impact, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
