- Liaise with technical support staff to ensure efficient outcomes and contribute to product improvements.
- Prepare and submit relevant documentation and reporting paperwork in a timely manner.
- Maintain effective working relationships with customers, peers, and other departments.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within your area of responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong focus on safety protocols and adherence to site procedures.
- Relevant Trade Certificate – High Voltage Electrician.
- Intermediate PC skills with ability to analyze technical data and reports.
- Good communication skills.
