About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a close-knit team, enjoying a commitment to high-quality radiographic practice. You will be responsible for the efficient operation of a mobile mammography screening service, ensuring high standards of mammography quality and client support. Additionally, you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of on-board equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate radiography and complex equipment to perform mammography screenings
  • Provide technical advice and support to colleagues
  • Monitor and coach team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Operate business systems and processes to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives
  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements

  • AHPRA registration
  • Professional skills, knowledge, and proficiency in a specialized field
  • Experience in monitoring and coaching
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High degree of personal accountability and respect for clients
  • NAS safety, quality, and professional certification
