This is a great opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join the busy team for a 12-month temporary assignment.

About the Role

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with debt recovery processes in line with the Scheme Debt Management Policy. This includes liaising with other business areas, Providers, and Participants regarding payment arrangements, debt write-offs, and waivers.

You will also be preparing invoices, including payment request cancellations as required. Additionally, you will provide input into the development of Standard Operating Procedures for the team, including process mapping requirements.

Furthermore, you will extract and analyse data from SAP/PSCD and other data systems for management reporting. You will also assist with queries regarding pending SAP/PSCD payments and bank account issues.

Supporting project initiatives and collaborating with key stakeholders within the team and across the Agency is also an essential part of this role.

About You
  • You will have strong organisational and time management skills.
  • You will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • You will have proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • You will have accounting/account receivable skills.
  • You will have debt Recovery experience.
  • You will have database administration and analysis skills and experience.
