About the Role

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers high-quality engineering and design solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of multi-disciplinary projects, applying your expertise in electrical and instrumentation design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience as an Engineer in Australia, with a strong background in heavy industry electrical and instrumentation design.
  • Expertise in reviewing and marking up technical drawings, providing construction and commissioning support, and preparing project documentation.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, overseeing and coordinating the work of junior engineers and designers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Experience conducting early-stage studies for electrical and instrumentation systems, including proficiency in electrical system calculations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Registered/Chartered Engineer status, with RPEQ preferable.
  • Knowledge of control systems design and experience working with heavy industry clients in the minerals processing sector.
  • Familiarity with relevant Australian Standards and regulations.
