Management Development Role

This is a permanent full-time retail management position available at our Watergardens store. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Participating in and completing our comprehensive management development training program
  • Driving incremental sales improvements across all sales channels
  • Providing expert customer service to our retail and trade customers
  • Promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets
  • Contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
  • Inducting new team members and assisting with administrative tasks when necessary

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualities:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a retail or service environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop your team
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to your work with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • A strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize your work
  • A current driver's license
